What has been announced?
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has directed all mobile operators in the country to provide 1GB data free of cost to customers for 5 days from July 18. This initiative is a special initiative by the government to remind the citizens, which has been taken on the occasion of the anniversary of the popular uprising that took place in July 2024.
